By default, this plugin doesn’t per say support a popup that prompts your users to signup to a newsletter. However, there is a workaround:
Since this plugin works by assigning a WordPress ‘Page’ to the popup, you can create a page with a newsletter sign up and assign this to the popup. Voila!
