By default, this plugin doesn’t per say support a popup that prompts your users to signup to a newsletter. However, there is a workaround:
Since this plugin works by assigning a WordPress ‘Page’ to the popup, you can create a page with a newsletter sign up and assign this to the popup. Voila!

Used sparingly, popups can be an effective way to drive sales, newsletter signups, or contest entries. This extension even allows you to set a timer on how frequently it should appear to avoid driving your users up the wall.
