WooCommerce Product Enquiry Form Plugin : Why You Need It
Customers want to ask questions about your products before they buy. They don’t want to use a general contact form that they have to locate on another place on the site. They don’t want to choose the product they have a question about from a dropdown of hundreds.
What do they want? The WooCommerce Product Enquiry Form Plugin.
Using this plugin, customers can ask a question about a specific product, from that product’s detail page. The form is reCAPTCHA-protected to prevent spam.
By default, the WooCommerce Product Enquiry Form Plugin will be enabled on each product. You can disable the form on a case-by-case basis when adding/editing a product:
You define a global email (store manager, for instance) where customer enquiries are sent. You can reply to the customer directly from that email address.
Support for Emailing Product Authors or Vendors
Instead of having product enquiries directed towards one global email address, you can configure the enquiries to go to the product’s author. To do this, use the code found in the official plugin documentation.
This plugin can also be used to extend WooCommerce Product Vendors Extension. You can direct enquiries to the product’s ‘vendor’ by using the code found in the official plugin documentation
