What’s new in BackupBuddy Plugin, Version 8.2.7.2?
Deployment
New features in BackupBuddy Plugin Version 2 include the ability to move between a staging/development site and a live site. Push and pull active theme, plugins, database or media files back and forth between the two sites. This allows you to avoid the perils and pitfalls of developing on a live site.
Pushing to development site with BackupBuddy lets you deploy 15x faster than you would normally. You can also exclude files and folders from the Development site. Or, include different files/folders to a deployment site.
Staging
Choose staging/development site’s ability to be indexed by search engines. Choose ‘visible’ ‘not visible’ or ‘no change’.
