 * Fix     - Free Gifts Coupon was removed when the coupon code was applied with case discrepancies.
 * Fix     - Gifts were mistakenly added when the Buy Quantity consideration was based on the total quantity of products in the selected category.
 * Fix     - An incorrect remaining gift count is shown in the notice when the total-based gift rule is applied.
 * Fix     - Resulting in an incorrect gift product selection/inclusion when the Buy Quantity consideration was based on the least quantity of products in the selected category.
