* Add Sabberworm CSS Parser for SVG logos
* Add [[PDFORDERFEES]] so that any fees from the order can be added to the invoice when not using [[PDFORDERTOTALS]]
* Add _wc_pdf_invoice_number to order meta to avoid compatibility issues
