  * Dev - Update build dependencies to resolve Dependabot alerts for colord and qs.
* Fix - Encoded characters in customer data are no longer decoded into markup when a plain text email is rendered.
* Fix - Let recipients opt out of AutomateWoo email and SMS tracking.
* Tweak - Bound the number of pages fetched when listing ActiveCampaign tags.
* Tweak - In plain text emails, a `<` followed immediately by another character now removes the text that follows it, up to the next `>`. Text such as "price < 5" is unaffected.
* Tweak - Match AutomateWoo REST API requests against the request path.
* Tweak - Validate the host of ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp API requests before they are sent.
* Update - Ask customers to confirm before a reorder or cart-restore email link changes their cart.
* Update - Integration API requests now verify TLS certificates, and configuration values are masked in integration logs.
