“DOM.EP rate isn’t working. Why?”
The DOM.EP (Expedited) rate is only available if you’ve selected a “Quote Type” of ‘Commercial.’ The Canada Post office does not offer DOM.EP rate in store and neither does the plugin.
“How are rates calculated?”
Rates are calculated according to the type of account you have. Rates are specific to the different accounts and types of services available for that account by Canada Post.
