Like Gravity Forms, Formidable Pro Download · WordPress Form Builder Plugin offers an easy drag-drop interface for quick form building. Standard fields offered include:

Formidable Pro Download · WordPress Form Builder Plugin also offers a slew of ‘pro fields’ (Email Address, File Upload, etc). Additionally, Formidable Pro Download offers a hidden ‘User ID’ field. When included in a form, the form tracks the User ID for each form submitted. This nifty features lets you then create a ‘filter’ in a ‘view’ that shows a logged-in user only their own form submissions.
Example: Sue is logged into to your website and completes a Formidable Form you’ve created allowing her to review a movie. You can now create a ‘view’ for the entries of that form and filter that view to show Sue only the reviews she created when she is logged in.

If you are a “per project” kind of person, who wants to maximize investment and you care about cost go with Formidable Pro.
What I like about Formidable Pro is that they let me easily create posts, pages and custom post types from form submissions – easily! What I don’t like is their multi-page form interactions.
Formidable Pro makes prettier forms because of their Bootstrap support.

I was a member a few months back and installed the pro plugin. I can not access any pro features as it requires a licence key which is not given. So this is not a pro plugin, unless I have missed something.
