Use WooCommerce Advanced Notifications Plugin to create stock and order notifications for other users who are not ‘admin.’ For instance: fullfillment vendors, sales staff, warehouse managers, etc.
The WooCommerce Advanced Notifications Plugin is a particularly good plugin to extend the WooCommerce Product Vendors Plugin. With this plugin, you can let vendors set up through the WooCommerce Product Vendors Plugin know by email that there is an order for their product/s. Or, use it to alert those same vendors about backorders, low stock, etc.
WooCommerce Advanced Notifications Plugin: How It Works
Add a new recipient who you’d like to receive notifications:
Assign that recipient to notifications regarding:
Low stock
No stock
Backorders
New orders
When event is triggered, the recipient receives an email.
The emails are based on WooCommerce default email, but can be customized to can optionally include prices and/or order totals.

When a new order comes into your store, chances are a few people need to be notified. If you’re using a drop-shipper, they need to get a copy of the order, along with anyone else you might need in the loop. The Advanced Notifications plugin lets you set up order notifications based on product categories and other filters, ensuring that everyone gets updated as needed when a new order comes in.

Ok, this plugin is great AND more importantly fills in a big hole in the Vendors plugin functionality. Can’t wait for someone to integrate it into Vendors…. But in the meantime, provides an easy way to notify vendors of orders by email.

yah, i agree this helps those using Vendors considerably. I would give it 5 star if I could, without programming, let receipients take ‘actions’ from within the email they receive. HOpe that is on the roadmap.
