- timestamp
- amount of time spent on page
- total amount of time elapsed from browsing to purchase
Customer Purchase History
Use the WooCommerce Customer History Extension to look at a customer’s purchase history. Information includes order numbers, order dates, order totals.
In addition, the WooCommerce Customer History Extension calculates Lifetime Customer Value. A great way to gauge customer loyalty!

The Customer History extension gives WooCommerce website-owners some pretty valuable insight into how their customers use the site. It shows you how users navigate through your website, keeps a purchase-history log and even calculates the lifetime value of your customers (how much revenue they generate for you over a lifetime). Reporting and analysis is, in my opinion, almost equally as important as the product(s) you sell and this extension is a great one for really analyzing your customers’ behavior so that you can optimize your sales process and user experience.
