You may view licenses from a number of places in WordPress admin. View licenses associated with orders from the orders screen. View or bulk delete licenses from WooCommerce > License Keys.

Yes you can (Tools > Import > WooCommerce Software License Keys (CSV) importer)
How are purchases of multiple copies handled?
Your customer gets a separate license key for each copy of a software purchased. Each license key can be activated the number of times that you define in the product settings.
