“My exports are freezing without completing!”
This problem could be caused by a few different things. If any of these are a factor, the freezing might occur
- Option Table Limits are set to less than 250 characters
- You are using a maintenance mode or blocking plugin.
- Your site is behind BasicAuth
- Your site host blocks requests from servers to themselves
“I can’t connect via SFTP”
Getting this error? “Test failed: SSH2 Extension is not installed, cannot connect via SFTP” contact your hosting provider to make sure the SSH2 extension is installed for PHP.
