* new    - Return centre address settings, sent as returnCenterAddress on shipment submissions
* new    - Auto Submit Shipments cron setting, which schedules the shipment sync that previously had no way of being enabled
* fix    - Automatic shipment submission never running, because the cron listener was registered against a store id read from the query string
* fix    - Every shipment reporting a quantity of 1 per order line regardless of how many units were ordered or shipped
* fix    - Per line ship quantities from the Submit Shipment form being discarded, so partial shipments went out in full
* fix    - Shipments for one store being submitted with another store's credentials
* fix    - Duplicate shipment rows and a stale Walmart order status after a resubmission
