* Tweak - Responsive layout by default: remove the fixed width that conflicted with some themes (existing stores keep their previous width)
* Fix - Correct the admin meta box stylesheet path
* Dev - Framework the plugin with the Kestrel Fenix framework
* Dev - Drop the jQuery dependency for the frontend viewer
* Dev - Remove filter hooks tied to the old 360° engine
* Dev - The `wc360` shortcode `height` attribute is no longer used; the viewer keeps the source images' aspect ratio
