  * Fix - Address a fatal error when displaying order details with store credit on orders without a payment method
* Fix - Return reserved store credit to the customer's available balance when a partial-payment order fails, not only when it's cancelled
* Fix - Refund the full store credit when a partial-payment order is cancelled, instead of capping it to the amount charged to the gateway
* Dev - Allow third party code to register custom events for store credit wallet transactions (experimental)
