Here’s what’s changed in WooCommerce Conditional Content Version 2.3.14

      * Fix: Schedule rules now use your store's timezone instead of the server's. Please review any Date, Day or Time rule - on a store whose timezone differs from its server, scheduled content has been starting and ending on the wrong day, and day-of-week rules have been firing on the wrong day.
    * Fix: The Cart Products rule's "contains less than" no longer matches when the cart holds exactly that quantity. "Contains less than 3" now means 0-2, which is how the Cart Categories rule has always behaved.
    * Fix: The Order Count and Status rule counted every order in the store for logged-out visitors, so content aimed at returning customers was shown to everyone. Visitors who are not logged in now count as zero orders.
    * Fix: The "is less or equal to" operator never matched anything. It now works in the Product Price, Product Custom Field, Cart Total Quantity, Cart Total Monetary Amount and Cart Line Item Quantity rules, so content behind those rules will begin displaying.
    * Fix: The Sale Date rule never worked. "Sale Date starts" matched every product and "Sale Date ends" matched none.
    * Fix: The Product Attributes rule only checked the first attribute selected. It now matches any of the selected attributes.
    * Fix: A rule referencing a deleted product could produce an error page, both on the storefront and on the content block's own edit screen.
    * Fix: The woocommerce_conditional_content() template tag returns its content again when called with $echo set to false.
    * Fix: A content block with no rules is now displayed by the template tag, matching how it already behaved when output through a hook.
    * Fix: Rules no longer emit PHP warnings when a content block's stored settings are incomplete.
    * Update: Admin styles and scripts are versioned against the plugin version again, so browser caches pick up changes.
    * Dev: Added a PHPUnit test suite covering every rule type, and retired the unused grunt build in favour of the deployment tooling.
