* Fix   - Show a visible keyboard focus indicator on the scan form notice dismiss button to meet WCAG 2.4.7 (Focus Visible).
* Fix   - Move keyboard focus to the field in error on scan form validation instead of the alert region, so the error is announced once and the user lands where they need to act.
