* Fix - Tip added at checkout could be left out of the amount captured by Stripe when Adaptive Pricing is enabled
* Fix - Dates disabled in the calendar settings are now also unavailable at checkout when a local pickup shipping method is selected
* Fix - Order count lookup tables no longer use a MySQL generated column, restoring compatibility with staging, clone, and backup tools
* Fix - Pickup details could be missing or shown as delivery details at checkout when the CheckoutWC local pickup option is selected
