Are you using WooCommerce Product Vendors Extension? Are your featured and gallery images blurry, even after changing the image size in settings?
Blurry featured image and gallery images are a common problem in general for WooCommerce, including sites that have installed the WooCommerce Products Vendors plugin. Luckily, the solution is painless:
- Go to WooCommerce Settings > Catalog to change image sizes
- Remember that retina displays have roughly four times more pixels than standard screens. To be safe, you should save the image at double the pixel size that you’ve set the image to display at in ‘catalog’ (Ex: a 200 x 100 image should be saved at 400 x 200).
- Install the free plugin ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’
- Find the ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’ plugin under ‘Tools’ and follow instructions.
You should plan to use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin anytime you are changing image size settings.
