You may have noticed that the number of ‘comments’ have increased drastically since you installed WooCommerce Follow Up Emails Extension. Why? Is this a bug?
This is, as they say, a ‘feature’ not a ‘bug’ :)
First, it is important to note that your customers will never see comments generated from this extension.
So, why does it happen? Like WooCommerce Subscriptions Plugin, the WooCommerce Follow Up Emails Extension uses a robust ‘Action Scheduler’ to log actions to the comments table.
By default, comments created through this plugin delete after a month.
