* Fix   - A rate response containing no rates is now remembered for ten minutes instead of a week, so a temporary empty result from FedEx no longer suppresses rates for that destination for days.

* Fix   - Saving new API credentials now clears the cached token and reports whether they authenticated; both checks were silently skipped before.
* Fix   - Rate quotes returned without pricing details, which FedEx sends for services it could not rate, no longer emit PHP notices.
* Tweak - FedEx Freight rate activity is now logged under its own environment and tagged separately from parcel, so the two can be told apart when they use different environments.
