By default, WooCommerce assigns random numbers to WooCommerce orders. Organize your order numbers with WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro! This plugin will assign sequential numbers to your product orders rather than random ones.
“What is sequential order?”
Sequential order refers to a list that follows a numerical or alphabetical order (ex: 1,2,3,4 as opposed to something random like 8,5,9,3). In this case, order numbers that follow ‘sequential order’ will count up from either the biggest order number that currently exists or whatever number you define as the start number.
WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro assists in accounting– even allowing your store to exclude ‘free orders’ from the sequence established for paid orders.
Whether you are looking to organize order numbers within a store that already has orders or a brand new store, WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro can help. If you plan to use the plugin with a store that has existing orders, the existing order numbers will not be affected. New order numbers will either follow the largest order number that exists or the start number you configured in the plugin settings– whichever of these numbers is biggest.
